The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms, although there was a slight cigarette smoke smell. The service was exceptional, especially Kizhan who was incredibly helpful and quick to assist. The location was superb, being close to markets and malls, perfect for accessing various attractions. The dining experience was delightful with a wide selection of food options but lacked gluten-free products.
The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly with us, but the rooms need renovation. The view of the room was far the elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.
